Code of Conduct - Any coach, player or spectator who physically or

verbally assaults, intimidates, or threatens bodily harm to an official, coach,

player or spectator may be banned from any and all future NJABL events

for a period of time to be determined by the NJABL.

Any Coach/Player/Spectator Ejections will result in the following

penalties*:

• 1st Offense – If any individual player, coach, timekeeper, scorer, or

  spectator is ejected from a game, that person will not be allowed to attend

  or participate in the next 2 games.

• 2nd Offense – That person(s) will be suspended for the next 5 games.

• 3rd Offense – Results in that person(s) suspension from the

  League indefinitely.

ANY TEAM WHO HAS ACCRUED A TOTAL OF 5 CODE OF CONDUCT

POINTS IN A SEASON ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE PLAYOFFS. IF THEY

ACCRUE 10 POINTS, THE TEAM WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE

LEAGUE

Ejections are 1 point and Technical fouls are considered one point

It is the coach’s responsibility to inform their spectator and players the

league rules and specifically the NJBL code of Conduct.
